After that, it is automatically deleted from our system.

• Backing material: Sturdy 3mm (0.12 inch) thick cardboard for a solid and durable hold.

    Choose a clear, front-facing photo with good lighting where your child’s face is fully visible. No filters or sunglasses. Please ensure their hair is down and not tied up, so we can accurately match their hairstyle in the illustrations. The better the photo, the better the final result.

    How long does it take to receive the book?

    The storybooks usually arrive within 5–12 business days depending on your location.

    Do you store my child’s photo?

    No. Your photo is used only to create the book and is automatically deleted from our system after 24 hours for privacy and safety.

    Can I choose between softcover and hardcover?

    Yes! You can select softcover or hardcover once you’re on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
